All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers’ information is protected. Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment.

Anti-SPAM & Abuse Policy
The BACC will not tolerate spamming and has a zero tolerance policy regarding the transmission of “spam” e-mail. The use of information from this site and its digitally published materials (Membership Directories and/or e-Book directories) to send unsolicited chain letters or any other junk e-mail (SPAM) is a violation of the BACC’s terms and conditions and is prohibited. Any member who is in violation of this provision will be removed from the directory and his/her membership will be canceled. If you receive SPAM from BACC’ members please report it to BACC. Also, you may report SPAM to the spammer’s hosting provider using SpamCop www.spamcop.net.

Misrepresentation
We do not accept any liability whatsoever for misuse of titles or professional credentials (Realtor, M.D.D. , M.D., Dr., Engineer, Broker, MBA, MA, etc.) by the advertiser or any materials supplied by advertiser, including the use of trademarks, slogans, or claims made by the advertiser.

Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we may post those changes on our Homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
